Ashlee Kastendike

Ashlee grew up with a family that prioritized natural and holistic health. As a mom of two young girls, she has continued to encourage and embrace a healthy and active lifestyle with her family. When Ashlee was introduced to Dr. Klinghardt’s A.R.T. method during the COVID-19 pandemic, she "immediately knew it could be the future of healing the chronic illness epidemic." Ashlee loves practicing yoga, working with essential oils, and playing tennis.

As a mother and grandmother, Paige is always looking for ways to help her family stay healthy. Paige’s grandchildren are “chlorella babies” - babies that have chlorella are the healthiest and happiest babies according to Dr. Klinghardt. Paige loves to work with clients and has an easy way about her that comes from years of teaching and tutoring children.
